ABOUT THIS EVENT: During dark and turbulent days, we need courage more than ever.  But instead, if we are honest, we are often filled with fear.  In this session, we will explore insights and practices that help us deal with our fear wisely and connect with our innate courage in order to help us move forward to bring blessing to ourselves and to others.

ABOUT THIS SPEAKER: Rabbi Lisa Goldstein is a teacher and facilitator with almost 25 years of executive experience.  For many years, she was the director of Hillel of San Diego, where she created vibrant, welcoming communities for all kinds of college students. More recently, she led the Institute for Jewish Spirituality, a global leader of Jewish mindfulness and spiritual practices. She has taught Jewish mindfulness meditation, prayer, and spiritual practice in various contexts for 20 years.
