VBM will select ten (10) outstanding teens in the community for a course of 8 workshops focused on Jewish character development (mussar), Jewish values, and leadership development. There will be 1 workshop per month (on a weeknight evening) for the duration of the fellowship. Additionally, fellows will complete community service projects, implementing the teachings of mussar.
